How Zlogica collects, uses, and protects personal data across our US and India operations.

Who we are
Zlogica is a Zoho consultancy with consulting operations in McKinney, Texas and engineering operations in Hyderabad, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@zlogica.com or through the contact page.
Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, and the message you write. If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you not include it in form messages.
How we use it
We use contact-form details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and prepare for a discovery call, and to deliver and bill for any engagement you go on to agree. We use analytics data, when you have consented to it, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Our lawful bases are your consent for analytics and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business; where we agree an engagement, processing is also necessary to perform that contract.
Sharing and sub-processors
Contact-form submissions are sent to and stored in Zoho CRM, which we use to manage enquiries and client relationships. We also rely on service providers for website hosting, email, and — only after you consent — analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and LinkedIn). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data. Because we operate in both the United States and India, your data may be processed in and transferred between those countries; we put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request access or deletion and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell your data, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, for the life of an engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for the period set in each analytics provider's configuration. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
